ARTWORK
- Files should be Adobe Illustrator for PC compatible in a vector format.
- All fonts must be converted to outline.
- Acceptable formats are: .ai or .eps; and high resolution .tif files (600 dpi or greater).
- We will not accept any: .doc, .gif, .png or low resolution .tif and .jpg files.
- If submitting a scanned image, the resolution must be at least 600 dpi.
- If we need to modify artwork there may be a $50 per hour service charge.
TERMS OF SALE
- First order must be paid in advance either by check, Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
- To receive credit terms on future orders you will need to submit a credit application 30 days before the next order.
- Orders must conform to standard case packs as listed on this website or our company pricelist.
- All shortages must be claimed within 7 days of receipt. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
- Freight shipped F.O.B. Factory.
- Orders shipped UPS, FEDEX, USPS or DHL will incur a $2.00 per box handling charge.
- If drop shipping to more than one location, there is a $10 charge per location after the first.
